It’s best to have a separate email address for business purposes that you can check every day. You can save your private messages for the weekend. 

2. Do Your Best to Outsource and Delegate Tasks



I know. It’s a small business. You’re trying to do as much as possible on your own, so you won’t increase the expenses. However, it’s not possible for a startup owner to handle management, supplies, finances, and marketing without delegating at least part of the work. 

Hiring a marketing team will cost money, but it will also make you effective at time management. The team will handle the tasks much more effectively, so your brand’s campaign will yield results.
